Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.Check-in and receive all inbound freightTag and put away all inbound freight,Use RF Scanner to track material movements throughout warehousePick and scan out all outbound freight, kit if necessary, and prepare for shipmentOperate material handling equipment safely (forklift, etc.)iMaintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of warehouseComply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirementsWhat You NeediFor jobs not requiring use of heavy machinery:ii Employees must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for employment.For jobs requiring use of heavy machinery:ii Employees must be at least 18 years of age to operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to forklifts and hoists.High School Diploma, GED or continuing education preferredPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center experience a plusForklift experience highly desired; but not required; on the job trainingAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentHODGE is proud to support several companies during COVID-19 deemed Critical Infrastructure Industry by the Department of Homeland Security.
