Sales Associate

The position will continue to develop current and new business and coordinate staffing efforts with clients and the recruiting team. We offer a comprehensive in house training program so new sales associates will be working with Senior Mentoring staff using our customized database to update, develop, and expand our current customers and contacts. We are looking for someone that takes initiative, communicates effectively and has a passion for serving their clients. Job Duties include:

  • Sell Entegee’s technical staffing services to clients by meeting in person, communicating over the phone and electronically via email

  • Regularly prospect for new clients and new business opportunities

  • Function as the main Entegee contact with designated clients

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with account base

  • Increase sales while meeting and exceeding established sales and production goals

  • Assist the recruiting team in correctly filling the job orders obtained from clients by gathering and communicating all necessary information

  • Review all resumes prior to submittal to client to verify skills & expertise to ensure they meet all job requirements of client

Job Requirements include:

  • Exceptional and effective communication skills – verbal and written

  • Proven and demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with new and existing clients

  • Robust organizational skills and effective time management ability to succeed in fast-paced, ever changing environment

  • Show initiative and have self-confidence in order to succeed

  • Desire to provide exceptional customer service to clients

  • Have a positive attitude and high level of integrity and professionalism

  • Be comfortable working in a very competitive, high-energy sales environment where overall compensation is determined by your personal success though a base + commission program

  • Possess a strong technical aptitude or the ability to learn technology quickly

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office products and sales databases

  • Prefer a college degree or satisfactory work experience demonstrating previous sales success

Salary: Base + earned commissions. Earning potential is limitless and commissions are uncapped. We offer a lucrative compensation program that directly rewards your success.
