The Lead Tech will perform all functions of component preparation ensuring accurate component labeling, handling, documentation, and tracking and traceability.Work Schedule: Full Time, rotating shifts, must be able to work any of three shifts with notice.Lead Responsibilities can include:Responsible for the support of department and MVRBC initiatives.Oversee assigned staff including coaching and scheduling duties.Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Monitor departmental and customer inventory management.Validate processes and equipment.Qualifications: Associate's degree in science related field with appropriate work experience preferred.Relevant technical experience preferred. Supervisory experience is beneficial.Outstanding interpersonal skills. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities effectively.Working knowledge of computers.Physical requirements include the abilityto stand, sit, and maintain regular and reoccurring physical exertion such as reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.What we offerCompetitive wages with shift differentials.On call shifts are paid at time and a half!
