Responsibilities of the Loan Officer Assistant:
- Taking and processing consumer loan applications
- Making collections calls regarding 10 day grace period
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Balancing cash drawers
- Managing monthly reports
Requirements of the Loan Officer Assistant:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2-3 years customer service and cash handing experience
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical competency
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Compensation and Schedule details for the Loan Officer Assistant:
- Full-Time
- Working 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
- $15.00-16.00/hour
