Description
- Maintain IATF 16949 and ISO9001 certifications.
- Responsible for Internal, external, and customer audits
- Responsible for product and process audit list and assist with all product and process audits.
- Assists in creating, maintaining, and revising SOPs and other documents.
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provides training regarding Quality to new hires.
- Provides product application and specification instruction for users.
- Ensures team members comply with generally accepted industry best practices and standards from upstream sources.
- Participates in product application planning meetings.
- Responsible for supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
- Supports all CQC, ICN, X, Y and Z defect investigations and CPAR's.
- Performs site reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections.
- Responsible for completing NAPSS for all Z defects.
- Supports all external and internal investigations.
- Assists with activities for Change Management.
- Manages all external Supplier Defect/Containment
This job requires a minimum of a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in a related field OR 4 to 6 years of position related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
