The supply chain Sr. Cybersecurity Compliance Manager will ensure the security of information within Collins Mission Systems and Avionics supply chain. This position will focus on developing and implementing supply chain cybersecurity processes and controls in accordance with United States government regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Specifically, this position will lead efforts to implement a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) process within supply chain and will implement a framework for COTS part management. The individual selected for this role could work remotely or work from home, the location entered is just the central Mission Systems and Avionics location however the individual would not be expected to relocate or live in Cedar Rapids.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Supply Chain working group teams including scheduling meetings, setting agendas, and updating meeting notes.

  • Act as supplier focal and manage requests from Pursuits/Programs/Contracts for supplier assessments down to the extent required, including through all levels of the supply chain, for BOMs and CMMC part analysis.

  • Stay abreast of industry changes and participate in industry meetings (e.g., with DoD and AIA)

  • Facilitate the establishment of new or changed processes within Supply Chain, including digital technology tools and integration, training and communication efforts.

  • Supply Chain Cybersecurity audit focal

  • Prioritization of suppliers based on technology and assessment scores for cybersecurity audit engagement.

  • Act as supplier focal and manage requests from Pursuits/Programs/Contracts for supplier assessments down to the extent required, including through all levels of the supply chain, for BOMs

  • Act as focal for suppliers completing cybersecurity assessments and certifications as they work to close their gaps to improve scores.

  • Advise Work Transfer teams as needed when a supplier cannot meet the cybersecurity requirements and standards

  • Act as focal for Design/Build and Program specific design and supply chain analysis (e.g., to help determine which suppliers are CDI capable and can be used)

  • Leads Program specific Supply Chain Cybersecurity Risk Management Plan development (e.g., small business, develop basic template and customize to each program)

  • Participate as a member of the advisory group that helps to establish how third-party certification will work.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cybersecurity specialist

  • FAR / DFARS Regulatory experience

  • Project Management

  • Presentation skills (including to Senior Leadership)

  • Ability to work across multiple areas and functions
