U.S. Bank Senior Product Manager – Real Time Payments in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective Senior Product Manager to drive the execution of its Payments Hub. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with technology and operations to improve the payments and reporting experience for Treasury Management customers.

Key objectives include:

  • Partner with Operations and Technology as well as external vendors to define appropriate platform roadmap and operational processes to successfully build and operate the product;

  • Identify opportunity areas based on client needs and pain points to streamline clients’ payments and reporting experiences;

  • Build a portfolio of client-tested Real-Time Payment product concepts and lead the process for business case generation and resource prioritization to appropriately execute against such ideas.

  • Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, design and product requirements, and other materials as needed to support UX design and development;

  • Assemble and deploy all elements of a new product or service including pricing, sales, target market definition, marketing, customer support model, etc.;

  • Foster and promote an optimistic, entrepreneurial culture, and drive the innovation cycle.Winning Characteristics

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in sales, product management, product development or product marketing

  • Experience in business case development and bringing together cross functional teams

  • Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation;

  • Industry experience in Treasury Management, Payments or Financial Services

  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends;

  • Preferred professional designations: AAP, CTP

  • Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred
