Our well-known client in the Cedar Rapids area has an ongoing need for an experienced Benefits Specialist. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible handling all employee benefits, as well as workman's compensation and FMLA. Individual must be knowledgeable about all benefits as they will be the "go to" person for inquiries, along with handling all paper work and overseeing benefits processes. This position requires a two or four-year degree, preferably in Human Resources, and 2+ years of experience working with benefits.
