Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
REMOTE WORK TO START UNTIL TRANSITION BACK INTO OFFICE
This is a call center role where they will be taking anywhere from 40-75 inbound calls a day. The calls will require candidates to authenticate the call, verify the caller, etc. Calls will be from beneficiaries, customers, etc. checking in on their policies. Calls will be different as it is not a scripted call center. Candidates will need to be comfortable navigating through systems as they will be working through 3-6 tabs at once.
Responsible for conserving, maintaining, developing and increasing business volume through existing customers by phone. Develop internal and external customer relationships by providing understandable, concise, and accurate information through written and oral communication.

Must Have: 1 Plus years of customer service experience (call center environment preferred, if no call center at least 2+ years of customer service in retail/restaurant/etc )
High School Diploma or GED- this is verified
The minimum required speeds are: 25 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload
