Kelly Services Customer Service Call Center-$13.25/hr,Temp to Hire Opportunity in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Kelly Services is hiring for Call Center/Customer Service reps:
The position is an inbound representative position answering participant questions regarding their retirement plan. The customer administers all types of retirement plans including but not limited to 401k, 403b, NQDC, and IRAs. Reps would be trained on all facet in a tiered approach training. Top call reasons include: Enrollments including investment counseling, fund transfers and allocation changes, balance inquiries, market information, distributions, loans, and beneficiary updates.
No scripts- these are educational based calls
100% of the time on the phone (average of 40 to 50 calls/day)
General computer/typing skills needed. Need 30 WPM, navigating through multiple screens and using Outlook routinely.
Experience needed: These are entry level call center positions. However, they like to see previous business experience in a call center, or have completed an extensive training program previously.
