Title: Back- line Leader
Supervisor: General Manager
Purpose: Responsible for helping direct fluency in the Back-line. Will actively promote organization to meet all Back-line operational goals. This position is active on the line all the time. Every action taken should be driven toward best possible customer satisfaction.
Consistent delivery of all Back-line standards of operation.
Proven consistency in promoting a team environment
Consistently positive attitude toward current and changing job duties.
Demonstrated efficiency in performing back-line tasks.
Consistent ability to assemble product quickly to make it possible for the team to meet service time requirements.
Full working knowledge of all back-line training materials
Constant professional approach in regards to wearing full designated uniform and maintaining a positive image.
Must be distinguishable among peers as being “a step ahead” in performing back-line tasks.
Demonstrated flexibility for the store.
Consistent respect given to all managers and team members.
Working knowledge of how to approach the 1, 2, and 3 person back-line assembly.
Demonstrated ability to complete and utilize all beef and beef sheet procedures.
Full demonstration of the three primary back-line goals; top quality, top presentation, and top speed.
Supports management to maintain Back-line standards of operation.

Lead by example; Responsible for leadership in back-line operations on their shift.
Full certification and proactive approach to the back-line position responsibilities.
Monitors product assembly and handling to ensure Arby’s procedures are followed.
Ensures the highest level of product quality is reached.
Proactively monitors and enforces all cleaning and operational checklists for back-line cleanliness.
Insures stocking at the beginning and end of every shift.
Motivates employees and helps provide an enjoyable atmosphere.
Ensures all duties are performed while running the back-line.
Assists in training all back-line employees actively.
Assists in the quality control responsibilities of the shift.
The Back-line leader may be called upon to perform tasks not listed in this description.
