Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (some flexibility with hours)
Shift: First Shift
Primary Function: Under general supervision, maintains laboratory equipment to keep in operational order; repairs laboratory equipment and return to service where appropriate; promotes and enforces departmental safety procedures for the safe and proper operation of equipment during class time and open lab time; assists with ordering required materials and supplies for machine maintenance, repair and operation; assists with end of year inventory of materials and tools; assists course instructors during their instructional time with questions regarding machine operation and proper equipment usage; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Five years of directly related experience. Related experience includes materials processing, equipment maintenance, and/or graphics lab.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in technology, technology education or engineering related field and OSHA General Industry 30 Hour Card preferred.
