This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Carter Lake, Iowa area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.
Your responsibilities in this role
Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems
Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
2+ years of prior experience
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Previous experience working with Troubleshooting Network
Good understanding of Troubleshoot Network
Earlier work involving Troubleshoot Hardware
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Wide ranging experience with Trouble Tickets
Comprehension of Network Troubleshooting
Skills in Basic Troubleshooting
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Exchange
Quality experience with Network Troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Tier 1 Support
Prior experience with Tier 1 Support
General familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server
Proficiency in TCP/IP
Windows Domain experience
Proven knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with TCP/IP Protocol
Solid understanding of Password Reset
Experience with Hardware Troubleshooting
TCP/IP Networking experience preferred
Practical knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting
Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
