Case New Holland Industrial Product Validation Project Manager in Burlington, Iowa

The function of the PLPV is to develop, coordinate, and track the execution of the integrated validation plan (IVP) supporting the product development process for a product line (TLB or Dozer).
Representative Activities: Product validation representative on the platform team (TLB or Dozer) Responsible for full vehicle validation plan, which includes defining the validation requirements for the program, product validation budget, timing, reporting and execution. Coordinate work with all CNH Industrial product validation sites as needed for resource sharing to complete validation requirements Follow technical program issues to resolution, providing additional information and data as required to the design teams. Maintain and communicate project issues and timing status, and alert management to significant issues or roadblocks. Proactive support for quality and reliability investigations to identify failure modes, root cause analysis, suggested fixes. Interface effectively with support groups and internal customers such as design engineers, manufacturing, etc. Participate in risk assessment, DFMEA, Design reviews to drive design validation requirements
The qualified candidate will have experience with the following: Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience within a product development team for mobile or industrial equipment. Minimum 2 years' of experience in project management maintaining complex development plans.
The preferred candidate will have experience with the following:
Agricultural, construction, automotive product development or similar background preferred.
Bachelors Degree Agricultural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in a lab environment with data acquisition systems and test instrumentation.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to demonstrate excellent computer skills with MSOffice suite, SharePoint and corporate database applications. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Ability to interface with and lead working teams.
