National Credit Center Digital Sales Manager in Bettendorf, Iowa
The Digital Sales Manager will lead a team of 5-10 Account Executives (B2B sales). The Digital Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process for websites and plug-ins. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. The Digital Sales Manager will train, evaluate and motivate the sales team.
Supervise and coach inside sales (B2B) Website and Plug-Ins team.
Lead and motivate inside sales team
Ensure each sales team member is trained and certified for all Website and Plug-In products required for their role.
Set and track sales targets
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Research and discover methods to increase sales
Leverage KPI and Pipeline data to identify sales opportunity and provide accurate weekly forecast
Manage and monitor team member KPI Benchmark performance daily
Support, develop and help implement sales team best practices
Conduct weekly written one-on-one Performance Dialogue sessions with each team member
Keep sales team up-to-date with current product pricing, specials, marketing collateral, and internal contact information.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
2-3 years minimum running inside sales team
3 + years sales management experience preferred
Website experience preferred
Automotive Industry or Dealership experience a plus
Excellent prospecting (cold calling) skills
Ability to coach and managed a team
Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
