National Credit Center Account Manager (Quad Cities Iowa Area) in Bettendorf, Iowa

SUMMARY

The Account Manager - Automotive Dealer Support Specialist is responsible for managing current ProMax software clients which includes monitoring usage, determining training opportunities and maximizing revenue opportunities within them by offering them applicable product add-ons within the suite of products offered by ProMax. This would also include software products, Data Products, Website/Plugin products and Marketing products. The Account Manager will need to understand the active services each client has and determine the best approach to complement their existing workflow with additional training, best practices and Promax products. In addition, individuals in this role must ensure that each existing customer is utilizing all products with the ProMax product offering and if not, determine reasons why and the resolution(s) needed to retain the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first line of contact and support to all clients and users

  • Provide daily focus on promoting usage by all customer accounts within their first 90 days

  • Maintain a regular 30-day cadence with all assigned accounts

  • Review customer account activity to identify accounts that may not be using ProMax services to their volume capacity and provide proactive solutions to increase volume

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase new account revenue with additional ProMax products

  • Perform ongoing retention activities including monthly calls, emails and monitor usage reports

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, by telephone, and to make effective presentations to diverse audiences including management and employees

  • Demonstrated ability to identify cross sell opportunities within current client base

  • Talented in building rapport and client relationships

  • Ability to understand value proposition of a service offering and identify all opportunities to effectively communicate this offering to key management and ownership level personnel

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Business to business Account Management experience

  • Strong technology aptitude, strong attention to detail, strong follow up skills and experience with SAAS

  • Bachelor?s Degree preferred

  • Automotive industry experience a plus
