Due to a recent retirement, we have an opening for aSales Director.
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to:
Support the mission, vision, and values of WesleyLife
Provide everyone we serve with opportunities to live lives of enhanced purpose and meaning
Convey a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of all residents, guests, and clients to ensure appropriate connection to necessary resources.
Our Director plays a critical role in sharing our story, marketing to potential residents, and representing our time-honored traditions, our culture of wellness, and our family of services. As a high-impact member of our leadership team, you will connect Heritage House’s family of services with the broader community, perform marketing and public relations activities, and develop relationships with referral sources. You will create strategies to support all aspects of our Community for Healthy Living; Independent Living, Assisted Living, Household Living, Memory Support, and Home and Community Based Services. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Exude passion for our mission and services with a personal drive and energy that will ensure census and revenue goals are met or exceeded, propelling us to continue to grow and succeed as an organization.
Manage daily sales and marketing duties to include prospecting for potential customers, conducting reach-outs, completing tours, and engaging potential customers in positive, responsive and inquisitive ways in which to assure we are sharing our lifestyle-based brand and attracting people to the value proposition offered by Heritage House.
Create and implement an ongoing outreach plan to maintain ongoing relationships with current and future customers, extend our brand hospitality to the broader community and promote Heritage House as the go-to source of health and well-being services and support for older adults.
Plan, create and implement lead-generation events and initiatives, engaging other departments to collaborate and participate.
Serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing and providing direction to those we serve through educating individuals and developing relationships in the community, as well as fostering internal and external partnerships as they relate to all of our network-based services.
Collaboratively implement strategies and marketing initiatives related to home care, hospice, in-home services, skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory support services.
Create and own a strategic marketing plan for Heritage House that includes collaborating with others to create marketing and communication materials, coordinating advertising, web-based strategies, and appropriate media for all communications.
Develops and executes an annual marketing plan, in collaboration with the Marketing, Communications and Sales Team at the Johnston Network Support Center to exceed sales, occupancy, revenue and organizational goals. The plan will include specific actions required to meet stated goals, and identify individuals or teams with whom partnerships / collaboration will be needed to meet objectives.
Effectively and consistently utilize the Customer Relationship Management software as the foundation to support the customer through their journey – from initial inquiry to move-in.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability to develop relationships and growth with at least 2 years’ prior experience in direct sales and marketing for a senior living community.
Ability to achieve stated goals and demonstrate success in ways that align with our culture and our mission.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and nurture positive relationships.
Big picture thinking with proven ability to deliver against results.
Ability to lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering excellent services to older adults and the desire to succeed in a team-based environment.
