Position: Senior Marketing Manager - Construction Industry

Location: Des Moines IA - Onsite

Our client company is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Manager Leader to lead their marketing strategy, planning, and small team. You will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to advance business and promote client loyalty.

Instead you will be supported and have the ability to implement your marketing strategy and plans with your team to deliver the most efficient and effective results.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring high-performing marketing team

• Developing strategic plans to support business initiatives

• Liaising between Business Unit Leaders and marketing department

• Building long-lasting relationships with stakeholders

• Implementing lead generation programs

• Directing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs creation

• Offering innovative marketing solutions

• Managing client database and promotional activities

• Maintaining a consistent brand image

• Planning strategic campaigns based on market trends

• Overseeing external marketing communication

Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Proficient leadership and team-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic programs

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Construction industry experience a huge plus.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Database management

• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Experience in creating and implementing effective advertisements

• Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and techniques

• Familiarity with budget processes within a marketing context

• Proven track record in campaign planning and execution

• Excellent customer service skills and customer-focused approach

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
