Job DescriptionPurfoods LLC, also known by the brand name of Mom's Meals, prepares, packages, and distributes fresh-made meals to senior citizens, handicapped and disabled individuals. Our goal is to ensure clients can continue to Live Independently. Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week (max 29 hours) within the following shift M-F 3PM-7PM, some Saturdays 7AM - 1PM. No sales, taking inbound customer service calls and making outbound calls taking meal orders from customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following duties. Other duties may be assigned as needed.iHandle inbound customer service calls. Making outbound calls to place customer meal ordersiAddress questions, and provide exceptional customer serviceiInput order information into the appropriate client order screeniDocument all conversations with client into client information databaseiEnsure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on fileiWork quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushediOther projects/duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSHigh school degree or equivalentiMinimum 2 years customer service experienceiOne year in a call center with outbound call system preferrediDemonstrated ability working with the elderly, disabled, and other individuals at risk exhibiting empathy and compassion to improve their quality of life, support, and access to needed services is a plusJOB SKILLS / BEHAVIORiAverage computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (word/excel/outlook)iAbove average data entry skillsiPleasant and patient telephone voiceiClear oral communication skillsiAbove average patience based on our clienteleiBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusiSincerity and passion about helping peopleDECISION MAKINGiFollow routine procedures and processesiResolve entry-level issues and pass complex issues on to supervisorPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSiTypical office environment, majority of work performed on computerPurFoods complies with all applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws.
