Responsibilities include:

• Respond knowledgably to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the correct department.

• Provide information to customers on the company's services

• Update customer's information in the database during and after calls.

• Work with the management team to maintain and improve service levels.

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Requirements
